  1. Fun fact; the confederate constitution contains both the federal supremacy clause, the interstate commerce clause, and the necessary and proper clause (i.e. gives exactly as much power to the confederate federals as the US constitution does to the US feds.)

    It does, however, explicitly protect slavery.
